This workshop fixes that! We're building your Business Brain: a fully configured Claude setup so everything Claude produces is automatically shaped around you. You stop translating. Claude already knows.
In two hours you'll build:
- A custom system prompt that encodes your voice, your audience, and your positioning
- A Claude Project loaded with your brand assets and business context
- Memory and instruction layers that make every future session start smarter than the last
And if we have capacity (which we did last time, with plenty of room for a full AI Q&A at the end) we may also touch on Claude Code and Claude Cowork.
