More urgent news: As a librarian and library board trustee, I’ve got eyes on an executive order to eliminate the IMLS. For the nerds in the room, that's the Institute of Museum and Library Services. It won’t hit local libraries directly, but it guts support at the state level—and that will trickle down.

Now feels like the right moment to tease what’s coming this summer at Sensible Woo: our very own entrepreneurial spin on the classic summer reading program. 🤓 Think: a mix of free and paid workshops, expert-led sessions on podcasting, YouTube trends, and AI (used like a librarian, of course), plus a reading challenge with actual prizes.

But here’s the catch—no business books allowed. This summer is about being interesting, not another clone in the content machine.
