๐Ÿ‘— That's all.

๐ŸŽ‚ I'm 47. Here's What I Want.

Hey Reader,

It is my birthday today (July 25th ๐ŸŽ„) and I have one request.

โœจ Buy something. โœจ

I am not being coy about it. I am 47 years old and I have officially aged out of pretending I do not want things. Here is what I want: I want you to invest in yourself, in your show, in your business, or in your cosmic second half of the year, and I want you to do it today while I am over here celebrating another lap around the sun.

Here is your menu:

โœจ $47 โ€”
The Birthday Drop

The cosmos have receipts. Let's look at them. I recorded a July through December 2026 Astrology and Tarot Forecast just for this occasion, priced at exactly $47 because I am 47 and I thought that was delightful and you do not get to talk me out of it. You get instant access to the video and can log back in anytime. This is the thing I have been getting requests for since the Woo Crew podcast wrapped and I finally made it happen.

If you want to try before you commit to anything bigger, Rachel Allen is teaching you exactly how to pitch yourself as a podcast guest next Tuesday. This is the visibility work that feeds everything else. $97 gets you the live session and the replay.

๐ŸŽค $97 โ€”
Podcast Pitching Workshop, July 29th

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ $197 โ€”
Summit General Admission

If you just want to be in the room on September 25th at Dovetail Wine Cellars in Vancouver, a general admission ticket is $197. Thirty seats. One day. Your show should make you money and we are going to build that together.

This is the last summer this price exists. The founding rate closes September 25th at the summit and goes to $497 after that. For $197 you get everything: the Dojo membership, your summit ticket, post-summit expert working sessions, monthly workshops, and someone in your corner telling you the truth about your show before you find out the hard way. Read the full details and join before September 25th.

๐Ÿฅ‹ $197/month โ€”
Creator Economy Dojo Founding Rate

And if you really want to make my birthday season, you could always be brave and book fresh coaching or finally pull the trigger on producing your show. All of those rates are now living on the website and I would absolutely not complain about getting that kind of birthday present.

It is my birthday. The bar for decisive action has never been lower. Go.

๐ŸŒฑ We Made the List. Here Is Why It Matters.

Sasquatch Media Grounds was named to the 2026 cohort of B Lab's Level program and I want to take a moment to actually tell you what that means because it is not just a badge.

Level is a B Corp initiative specifically designed to support women entrepreneurs who have faced racial or ethnic discrimination on the path to B Corp certification. It exists because the data is stark: Black women founders average $24,000 in annual revenue compared to $143,000 for women founders overall, 61% self-fund their startup capital, and 2% of venture capital goes to women founders period. The program levels the field by pairing participating businesses with world-leading consulting firms, peer connection, and real capacity building support.

Sasquatch Media Grounds is one of 14 businesses in this year's cohort and I am proud to be in that room.

I am sharing this not to collect a credential but because it is directly connected to what we are building here. The creator economy works better when it works for everyone and that has never been a tagline for me. It is the actual operating principle behind why this studio exists, why the Dojo is priced the way it is, and why your show making money is not optional in my world.

You can read more about the Level program and meet this year's full cohort at the link below.

๐Ÿ—ž๏ธ Gossip from the creator trenches...

๐ŸŽฌ Pay Your Editors. Also Watch Them Compete.

Competitive documentary editing is apparently a thing and it has fully taken over my mild obsession with the World Excel Championships. If you have never truly understood what a great editor does for a project, watch what these people can do under pressure and then go say thank you to whoever cuts your content. Seriously. Pay them well and tell them they matter.

โšพ๏ธ A Ballpark Estimate Is Not a Business Strategy

I now funnel every proposal request through a rigorous intake form, even when the person asking is a friend, because "what would something like this roughly cost" is a genuinely terrible way to find out if you are ready to do business. This reel explains with painful clarity why your vague request is producing answers that feel shocking to you. The price is the price. It has your name on it.

๐Ÿ˜น Larry the Cat Knows Exactly What He Is Doing

Larry the Downing Street cat has been holding court this week while the UK gets a new Prime Minister and the press is absolutely fawning over him trying to get his attention. My favorite detail is the journalist who noted that Larry appears to have had media training because he knows precisely what to say and what not to say on the record.

๐ŸŒŸ Your Inspo Corner

Happy birthday to me and Alan Ritchson just delivered my favorite gift. ๐Ÿ˜‚

If you have not seen his recent appearance on the Happy, Sad, Confused podcast, click below to watch the highlighted segment. The guy who plays Reacher just did something most people with his level of visibility are too afraid to do: he said exactly what he believes out loud, in public, on the record, even when it puts him at odds with his own industry and personal community.

He is booked. He is drawing people closer. And he is making his values impossible to ignore.

This is why I bring celebrities into this newsletter and it is not because I think you should idolize them. It is because people with large platforms set the tone for what public discourse looks like, whether we like it or not. When someone at Ritchson's level demonstrates what it actually looks like to live and communicate your values without hedging, that is a masterclass worth paying attention to.

You do not need his audience to do what he did. You just need to say the thing.
